The public is bombarded with information of the bleak economy. Everyone is aware that jobs are scarce, and therefore money is tight. I have two children and I agree that raising children is an expensive endeavor. I respect parents who understand the importance of education. And, I thank you for seeking out The Salt and Light Learning Institute (SA.L.L.I.).I am staunch supporter of education, and I support public education. Often, however students need additional support that the public school system may not always provide. As the Executive Director of The Salt and Light Learning Institute, my goal is to provide quality, personalized education to the SA.L.L.I. students. I am certain that all children can learn in the right environment. Parents in low-income or financially at-risk school districts will be pleased to know that here at SA.L.L.I., we offer quality services and highly qualified instructors at a reasonable rate. We also offer a well-planned payment schedule in which to remit the tuition. And finally, we offer financial assistance to parents who show serious financial need. We are a private organization, and our company does not receive any government assistance. We must ask our parents to pay tuition in order to cover the services, purchase the materials, and pay our qualified teachers. Our program will not be the right fit for all parents, however I believe that we can accommodate those who have financial need. Unfortunately, we cannot cover your tuition 100%, but we can offer assistance to parents who fit our set profile. We are not taking any more financial aid requests, or applications.
